About Our Returns Policies

Our effort to make our customers satisfied is untiring. But regardless of what we provide, you may not be satisfied as a customer. Having that in mind, we offer refunds without any condition.

If you are unhappy with any of our products, navigate to the Contact Us page and write us a message mentioning you want a refund. We would then inform the logistics company to receive it from you. You should use the same email address you have used to purchase. Adding the order number is also helpful. A support staff will reply within 24hours and process the refund.

All refund requests has to be made within 7 days of purchase.

Please note that we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays orders can be placed on these days but no refund on these days and support is available during our office hours 10am – 6pm. If you send us an email on Friday after our office hours, don’t worry. It will be processed on Monday morning.

Lumaarc offers returns for items within 7 days of receipt of shipment.

Items shipped from Lumaarc.com, including Lumaarc Warehouse, can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.

Lumaarc Global Store Return Policy

It can take up to 5 days for an item to reach us once you return it . Once the item is receivedto the logistics company at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 2 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. Lumaarc will automatically refund up to 50% for return postage costs on receipt of the item. This means we share the cost of return, except for some occasion we take the full responsibility. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.

Lumaarc What’sapp Shopping

Non-digital products purchased using what’sapp shopping are eligible for free returns. To return a product purchased using our what’sapp catalog, process your return as normal in the Returns Center. We’ll automatically refund you any shipping charges applied to the return. You should see the shipping refund within 7 days of receiving your product refund.

How to return

Place a call on +2348100544194 and solicit for a return. Our agent will then inform our dispatcher to come pick the item/s from you, or you go to them. Product must be returned with no extra issue other than the one first complained of. It must be well parkage to ensure safe return delivery.

Either your the cost of the product is returned to you or a different product is returned to you depending on your choice.
